Actually after some googling I think I might understand S, provided that "S for Rantzen" is an alternative ending.

a webpage i subsequently found all this listed on with variants -- it's actually embedded in my memory since i was a kid, i can remember my dad and my uncle goin thru it when i was quite small -- referred to it as the CABBIE'S ALPHABET, meaning i guess that it's a kind of cockney joke-code
