viii: no this is about the first woman to become a (CofE) bishop, libby lane, in jan 2015, thus (a bit tenuously) consolidating the gains of the suffragette movement (which AS YOU KNOW won women the vote in this country) - lane is a SUFFRAGAN BISHOP, e.g. does not run a cathedral and reports to a nearby METROPOLITAN bishop

not sure why it says "suffragen" -- possibly another typo in rather a carelessly proofed quiz >:(
