i dremt i had a furious argument with my doctor because he wanted me to give the diagnosis as well as the symptoms (correct diagnosis = "massive mutton liver swelling"; i kept just saying "this swelling")

naturally it was an outdoor clinic by the welsh bridge in shrewsbury
