... a really quite large number of young ladies in hackney and essex road and angel rockin the culottes-with-dark-tights look

i think this is MAJOR FASHION FAIL tho i appreciate it is not really aimed at me, and they could care less what i think...

Culottes remind me of the 80s, but not in a good way. They make me think of all of the frumpy/preppy women from my neighborhood back in the day.
