a: it is really not as things stand (yet)
b: the ppl doin the interview know nothing whatever of all five
c: where/how can i very speedily bone up to higher bullsh!t level on 2-5?

http://www.w3schools.com/ is a reasonable primer for at least 2 & 3, I think, still. 4 is just a variety of 3 and very simple - look at a few examples and you'll have it down. 5 might be more complicated, in that it can do a variety of stuff, and you cannot easily cram it all.

cheers marna: i am frankly dubious this element is a deal-breaker in itself (since one of the interviewers is the person i have been working with for the last six months and she suggested i apply!) -- more like a filter for the agency supplying outside applicants

Plus also sql is kinda useless without another programming language - you can't do anything with it using just html/css/xml.

As far as they know, RSS = stuff that goes into Google Reader. Hence you can probably bullshine this by saying "I can set up 1x blog with rss feed that people can add to their google reader".
