I just remembered how irritating it is when people send me links. Like, yes, I really have time to read that. So I will summarise: this is a hilarious column based on the premise that a kind of threatening monster is attacking the author, only it becomes clear that it's someone who insists on rational arguments backed up with examples instead of conjecture and what 'one guy said once'.
