dad finds it hard these days to chew and swallow anything that's large-bit sized and chewy -- but he still loves the flavour of meat, so it's a bit mean to always mouli it all away, he has few enough pleasures

IS THERE A WAY...

... to cook prawns so they don't just go tougher? i will probably just cut them small tonight (he's 78!) as they are not the main attraction (which is fish: i know to keep that soft)
