no one buzzed the block, not once, and i didn't spot a single kid dressed up as anything* -- was it too cold, or has it been bumped to tomorrow?

*(it was actually too cold to sit at my window watching for anything, so i watched buffy instead) ("ted" is the turning point issue, where it goes from fun to fun-and-grim: the one where buf's mom has a robot abusive serial killer boyf... it's hilarious, and then suddenly the mealtime scenes, with john ritter sayin "beg to differ little lady" are creepy in a totally non-goth register)
