It's weird how you can 'realise' you're dreaming, not always with logic! I've had some brilliant lucid dreams lately where I fly and fly, and then swim in the ocean and chat to randoms. Sometimes there isn't anything in particular that triggers the dream-knowledge, and sometimes it is logical 'that woman has turned into a Muppet...yep, probably dream).
As much as I think I can interpret my dreams quite easily of late, being yr garden variety anxiety dream, I think some are just the grebt subconscious having a larf.
