no i wasn't sad in the park, though i was a bit cold -- i think it was an injudicious mix of drink, tired and a teeny bit fluey, and i got a big wave of uncharacteristic pointlessness: i feel quite chirpy this morning

my sleep patterns have gone haywire though: i woke at 730 and got up; have basically had to d!ck around for an hour
