dubdobdeei'm a bit too tired to fashion it better tonight (maybe tomorrow) but oh! it's good when someone who works with you, just out of college, tells you -- about someone you knew well at college and kinda always thought was a bit of a knob -- is NOT WELL REGARDED BY HIS STUDENTS
"oh he's totally such a ho," she said. "he keeps wine on his fridge to offer the girls whose essays he's marking. we all knew this! probably he was quite cute once. he thinks he dresses supercool but he really doesn't. were you a friend of his? i probably shouldn't say this then..."
"this" being the come-on line he used on a friend of hers which is so weird and dreadful it makes you feel quite sorry for him; and unfortunately so specific i will have to think hard to find a way to disguise it for public consumption and get the flavour across
