simper for the machine

ok i am back from wobs'n'party shopping and -- and i know this blackballs me from ALL THE CIVILISED WORLD -- i still love it: providing i have time (sorta kinda true if you ignore how behind i am with too late bits of work due mon and tue next week -- the first rule of next week club ect ect); and money (sorta kinda of true if you simply ignore my never-diminishing card debt and cheer me on as i borrow EVEN MORE against my mortage hurrah!)

if lehman brothers can do it why not me! what can possibly go wr... oh wait

right now i am half an hour ahead of the schedule i set myself plus i haf a fab helper-elf comin over at six! i even factored in two hours alice-writing time (4-6): we'll see how eaten into that gets shortly
