Mar. 15th, 2008 05:10 pmok it is halfway thru my friend G's 40th bday party in bar very very VERY close to my house and it began at 3 and i have popped home to pick up some groceries for the week ahead b4 going back to celebrate in a minute or three
g is among other things a drummer for several pub bands of varying type, so live music (of a lex-hostile type) is very on the agenda indeed
also he is 40 so many of his pals have small children and they are present too
so when the music starts, how the real tinies dance = ON MUM'S BACK! mum dances in a sort of gentle bobbing kind of way, and the child on her back grips tight w.knees like a jockey at cheltenham and waves arms about hurrah! MORE THAN MUM-CHILD UNIT IS DANCING THIS WAY it is the future
