ii. make pot of coffee, dust first cup with cinammon <-- yes i am the SYBARITIC SULTAN of my own REALM
iii. bah no eggs, well one, not enough to scramble
iv. but enough to boil
v. put in crappy old boiling pan i have had since i went to college THIRTY YEARS AGO
vi. fill up with water, turn gas on --
vii. -- and go on net obv
viii. several letters and posts and reads later, strange noise like a light bulb or a fuse blowing
ix. yes yes all the water is gone and the red hot egg has burst
x. flat full of eggy smoke and burnt smell, pan beyond recovery
