quiet day in

i. apart from textin (and emailing frank) i have spoken to NO ONE all day
ii. worked most of day on dalekV
iii. well no actually spent entire morning filing emails
iv. note cashflow prob is greatly easing -- LLOIDz BANK YOU ARE HISTORY (when i have paid off my credit card)
v. three miles on exercise bike = hit 13 stone exactly WELL DONE ME
vi. supper = cold salmon curry i made last night -- zinged it up with a whole lime, and it tastes fab cold (it wz a bit meh furst off production line)
vii. missin vick who has ghastly relatives-in-hospital travails (two of em, both close, both very serious) and is out of contact and v.v.stressed and keepin me at a distance (her family go into repel-outsiders lockdown in these circs which is frustratin)*
viii. get washing in right before lightning and cloudburst (torrents of water literally hit the hatch as i closed it but i wz dry)
ix. tugged my ZIZEK-PENMAN-KPUNK file out to look up p/man on ferry (in ref.geezaesthetix) and it FELL TOTALLY ON MY TOE yowch!: txted kpunk to tell him if i lost a THIRD toenail thx to him he wd PAY (his response = "lol")

*actually writing this down has put this in perspective for me so YAY FOR YOG i guess
