dubdobdeei got the pirates OC tribble box set in the zavvi last-few-days sales yesterday morning, for next to nothing, but have since discovered that ep3 is defective -- it "skips damaged section" right at the climax of the davey jones's heart/calypso sequence >:(
anyway, i have the receipt and am going to go back in the week to get it exchanged but i am on a hiding to nothing, aren't i? what are the rules about damaged good when yr in receivership
