Woolworths always have photo-me booths, as do BHSs

Post Offices often have photo booths - you used to get them in big branches of Boots too, not sure if you still do tho. Otherwise what Alan said - largeish tube or train stations!

Some random independent chemists also do them but I have always found the resulting pics UNSATISFACTORY.

so i guess the sossidges are still at m&s PAH and indeed BAH -- swimming makes me sleepy and inattentive

grrr hackney has one of most of those things (except tube obv) but w/o the photobooth :(

Dude I'm fairly sure Angel tube has one! Mile End tube definitely used to as that is where my own passport pic was taken.

When I had to renew my Portuguese passport recently I took it at one of the photo shops along Oxford street (if you walk along toward the Beeb building you'll see it). They will take passport pics of a very specific dimension, apparently those are the only ones the Embassy would accept (er, its probably some kind of 'deal' here).
