Yeah, I think so. Mormaer is a Ye Olde Scottish Leader Type Guy title, which I only know from (historical) Macbeth.

I guess vi. is a reference to the referendum, so the answer would be NEARLY HALF THE SCOTTISH ELECTORATE.
