i: vick and i went swimming last night
ii: indoors for once as it was suddenly a bit chilly and she has a leg still
iii: we arrived at 6 and were told there were swimming lessons
iv: so we went and ate nd came back at 7
v: thus testing the truth of the claim that you should't swim till 30 mins after eating
vi: nothing medically bad occurred (i knew it wouldn't, i had seen someone say not on the telly)
vii: but even so it is definitely better the other way round

she fractured her knee when she swerved to avoid a pram a silly mum had thoughtlessly pushed into the wet road, and came off her scooter

she is off work for another 6 weeks :(
